Hand-trimmed choice rib eye. Add herbed stilton compound butter and red onion marmalade $2.

Add shrimp skewer with scampi butter for $10.

Vermont “Cider BBQ” Ribs  $29

Full rack, slow cooked in Vermont apple cider and basted in our own cider BBQ sauce.Half rack available $18.

An Asian inspired marinated salmon with honey ginger glaze, bok choy and sushi rice cake.

Shrimp Scampi  $22

Sautéed shrimp with garlic, butter, lemon and white wine over linguine. Served with garlic bread.

Fresh cod, hand battered and fried golden brown. Served with hand cut fries, tartar sauce and cole slaw.

Our burgers are Vermont raised and custom cut by third generation local butchers. No additives or artificial ingredients.
All burgers and sandwiches are served with gluten-free fries and a kosher dill pickle.
