Hand-trimmed choice rib-eye, served with bleu cheese-bacon compound butter. Add mushrooms and onions for $6.

Mulligans Fajitas  $25

Choice of Vermont Farms chicken, marinated steak or veggie burger over grilled peppers and onions. Served with pico de gallo, sriracha sour cream, shredded cheese and lettuce and rice and beans. Combo add $2. Add guacamole $2.

Vermont “Cider BBQ” Ribs  $30

Full rack, slow cooked in Vermont apple cider and basted in our own cider BBQ sauce.Half rack available $18.
